Proposal : The tree is a (London) plane tree marked T1 on the site plan. Its removal has become necessary because of structural damage which it has caused and is incrementally continuing to cause as described in the report by the Andrew Firebrace Partnership. Alternative remedies have been examined in an attempt to preserve the tree but have been found not to be feasible as described in the reports by Arbtech Consulting.
