Claims Data Interface TPAs feed data on every claim to The Hartford’s system of record, allowing for fi nancial reconciliation and some required statistical reporting. Additionally, TPA Services acquires direct access into the TPAs’ proprietary risk management information systems allowing us to view all claims data at any time, produce loss runs, set alerts, and complete ad hoc trend analysis.
Communicating with our TPAs In addition to the daily communication with the TPAs regarding claims, data and funding, we have deployed an alert system to advise TPAs of industry trends, new or emerging legal issues, requisite compliance and reporting needs.
We also invite all of our TPAs to the TPA Summit, a conference that attracts more than 150 attendees representing TPAs, vendors and leadership from The Hartford. The program includes workshops, expert speakers, feedback sessions and the presentation of TPA perfomance awards.
