Robust structure

A 4x2” timber structure, supportedwith 100mm corner posts and coveredwith a 15mm OSB outer skin for extremerigidity and strength.

Thermal performanceAll roof and wall structures are pre installed with a premium multi-foil honeycomb insulation to ensureexcellent thermal performance.

Roof overhangsRoof overhangs are great way toadd the ‘wow factor’ and perfect for installing downlights. Overhangscan be added to all four sides of thebuilding.

We are eco-friendlyAll timbers in our production processare sourced from companies involvedin using timber from replenishable forest programmes and where 3 treesare re-planted for every one used.

HYBRIS is a reflective insulation product based on ahoneycomb structure, made of shaped polyethylene foams which are glued to aluminium coated polyethylenefoils. Its high thermal performance is certified by LABC.Hybris also acts as a water vapour barrier and sounddeadening material.

This premium insulation is designed to keep yourgarden building cool during the summer and retains heatduring the winter for a comfortable room that is usable allyear round. You can even further enhance the thermal performance by adding your own insulated plasterboardto internal wall structure.

Natural Insulator

Premium materials Versatile Timber can be easily modified on site unlike other structures.This can speed up the installation process and allowmodifications to be made ifrequired.

Our timber can grow for up to 120 years before harvesting. It’s this slow growth that givesyou distinctive durability and a premium finish.

Timber is a natural insulator. As a result, timber frame buildings aremore thermally-efficient and require less energy, making them cheaper, easier (and greener) to heat.

All Warmer Rooms are produced with our own‘state of the art’ German CNC Machining Centres basedin our UK factory. This provides a more precise timbercutting method allowing us to produce a high qualityproduct whilst overseeing all quality control throughISO 9001 manufacturing systems. The building structureis pre assembled by our highly experienced in house production team to ensure perfection is maintained.

Having a pre assembled structure that is ready to installwill save you huge amounts of time, reducing fittingcosts and significantly reducing disruption to thehome owner. No timber cutting is required on site.
