Litany

I am not ashamed of the gospel. It is the power of God for salvation to everyone who has faith. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. He has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing. He chose us in him before the foundations of the world, that we might be holy and blameless before him. He destined us in love to be his children through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace which he freely bestowed on us in his beloved Son. For by grace we have been saved through faith. This is no our own doing; it is the gift of God, not because of works lest any of us should boast in ourselves. Therefore, let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus, let us offer up to God acceptable worship with reverence and awe.
