TraineeshipsGrowing your own workforce
“How do you employ the right young people when there is no experience to judge?”
The Traineeship programme aims to enable employers to assess and develop the talent, aptitude and potential of inexperienced young people before making the commitment to a contract of employment or Apprenticeship. It also gives the young people
the opportunity to try out an employment sector in a supported way before they commit to working in it, and to gain
experience that will support their applications for employment.
