Trainer reviews the Lead On! RGM training path and training schedule with trainee. Have trainee access the portal via the Lead On! RGM tile.

Certify and Mark S2S Complete When the trainee has completed each Shoulder-to-Shoulder task, the trainer certifies and marks the S2S complete in the Learning Zone.
