In addition to our comprehensive training services we include 1-2-1 mentoring support on CV building, job searching, interview skills with individual support for your mental health and well being including intense employment support all to help you achieve your goals and realise your ambitions.
We run employability and CV building workshops every week again helping you to realise your career and educational ambitions. Our approach is “client centred” promoting a culture of lifelong learning.
All our tutors are passionate experts in their field and bring with them years of relevant industry experience. Our mentors come from a variety of employment backgrounds and you will find their knowledge and expertise invaluable during your time training with CORE.
Our Employment Liaison Service also works closely with employers to source exclusive access to jobs. We already work with many major employers such as HMRC, Henderson Group (Spar), Belfast City Council, Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, First Source, Convergys and the Culloden and Merchant Hotels plus many more. We circulate CVs of our clients interested in that area of work giving them full information on the job and assisting in preparation for interview.
