Jove Conscious Foundation (JCF) is a not-for-profit organization in the country workingsince 2014, well known in the poorcommunities, for its commitment to workwith marginalized women of the society andempower them to attain dignified qualitylife. It was registered as an organization in2014 by group of like-minded people, butinitiated by Mr. Sanjay Gupta & Ms. RenuGupta. With an ultimate goal of women self-reliance, JCF’s approach of womenempowerment is based on impartinglivelihood training and skills.

I am thankful to JCF for giving me a new vision

and direction for a successful life. It has been

three months in the Dress Designing course and

already I feel like I am going to be a master of this

profession. My goal is to become an entrepreneur.

I am pursuing my EA course from JCF,

which is helping me in enhancing my

communication skills and confidence level.

I am really feeling more confident in

speaking to people in Public and this is will

help me to perform better at my workplace.

JCF has given me a new way of life. I am

gaining confidence in my technical skills as a

Dress Designer as well as an individual. Now I

have a clear picture of my ambitions in my

mind, I want to become a Professional

designer after completing this course.

I want to become a designer and open my own

Boutique because I always wanted to be a self

employed person. Thanks to JCF for showing me

a gateway that will lead to a prosperous future. I

am acquiring all the technical skills and

knowledge of the Designing profession, and now I

feel more confident than ever before.

I am pursuing Assistant Beautician course

from JCF. This course is bringing out the

best in me as a beautician and also helping

me in becoming a confident professional. My

dream is to become a Beautician Instructor

and impart my knowledge to others in need.

I will feel very proud the day when I see

myself financially independent”. I am pursuing

E.A course from JCF, which is helping me in

acquiring latest technical skills and also

boosting my confidence levels. I have planned

to get into BPO industry after completing this

course.

The Life Got Really Hard And Things Went All Wrong, But No Matter What, This Girl Always Stayed Strong. Married At The Age Of 18 Monika Never Thought Life Would Be A Turmoil For Her. Just 3 Years After Marriage Her Husband Divorced Her, Family Forced Her Into Second Marriage Which Turned Out To Be A Disaster.

Negligence By Family, Domestic Violence And Other Social Evils Dragged Her To A Level Where A Person Just Wants To Let Go Off The Life. But Somewhere Deep Inside Her Heart A Will To Be Self Independent Was Still Alive. All She Needed Was The Right Direction And Here Is Where The JCf Team Came Into The Picture. While Conducting A Survey In Prem Nagar We Came To Meet Monika. Listening To Her Horrific Life Experience She Was Given A Proper Counseling Session, On The Basis Of Which She Enrolled For Assistant Beautician Course.

Today She Is Pursuing Fifth Month Of Her Course And Working As A Part Time Assistant In A Beauty Parlor. Which Helped Her Meet Basic Needs Of Life And Most Importantly She Regained Her Self-Esteem And Self Confidence.

We All Have Come Across Some Sort Of Problems In

Our Lives. But Here At JCF We Believe That Biggest Of

All Is “Depriving Someone Of Education”. Sonam Who

Belongs To A Small Family In Mundka Village, Father Is

Engaged In A Small Scale Business Of Waste Material

Processing. Annual Income Of The Family Is Just Not

Enough To Fetch Two Meals A Day.

Lack Of Funds Forced Sonam To Quit Studies After High

School. At The Age Of 16 She Just Couldn’t Figure Out

Where Was Life Going, She Was Afraid That Her Future

Will Become A Culmination Of Her Past. While Our

Survey Team Was Deployed In Mundka Village She

Came To Us And Displayed Her Interest In Becoming A

Self Dependent Person So That She Could Support Her

Family. After Being Counseled She Opted For Assistant

Beautician Course. Just After A Couple Of Weeks We

Observed That Her Confidence Levels Started To

Escalate.

It Has Been Three Months Today And Her Perception

About Life Has Totally Changed. “I Feel That I Have

Found Myself , Life Has A Direction And A Destination

There’s a saying “Turn Your Face Towards The Sun And Shadow Will Fall Behind You”, Such Is The Case Of This Brave Girl. Coming From A Family Where The Only Earning Hand Is Her Father, Who Is A Driver And Has To Feed Seven Members Of The Family. Grew Up In Poverty, Living In A Single Room And Often Sleeping To "Forget The Misery Of Hunger" Was A Usual Thing.

She Came To Know About JCF Through A Survey That Was Conducted In Her Locality As A Part Of JCF’s Regular Activities.

After orientation and personal interactions with experts she decided to enroll for “Self Employed Tailor Program and things started to change from day one. Now It’s been four months of training and Sonu has started working as a Freelance Tailor In Her Locality, With An Average Income Of Five Thousand Rupees. “After Two More Months Of Training I Will Be A Fully Self Dependent Girl And Make My Father Proud” Says Sonu, Wiping Her Tears Of Joy.

School Youth Sensitisation

The School Girls Sensitization Program [SGSP] is basically an Awareness Generation Program targeting the school going girls who fall under the crucial adolescent age group of 14-20 year olds.

The Program is focused on various adolescence age issues that children go through. These grave issues, if not corrected in time, affect their future adversely. Hence, the need of such program arises that work towards the Sensitization of the minds and develop a sense of social responsibility among them so that they can achieve a good Place in life and live with dignity.

CommunityAwareness Programs

Community Awareness Program is designed to educate slum women for their rights and to develop their capacity to solve problematic situation. We focus over their social skill development through group activities.

Activities like community meetings, door to door survey, Nukkad Natak, Road Shows, awareness camps and community counselling sessions are used to generate legal awareness among community women.
