• Phase 1: Short-terml approach– Roll out a dashboard with just basic information
and navigation – Move to production and provide real data
information to internal agency users when ready– Make home dashboard that displays jobs
available for everyone– Use Excel power pivot tool to display AzEDS-to-
SAIS count report
• Phase 2: Long-term approach – Utilize focus groups to enhance dashboard and
add graph functionality
