2. It is very important to identify the location of the solenoids. Wrong gear starts, bind ups and no upshifts can result from mixing the solenoids up.

Mark the solenoid and the valve body with the same number or letter to make sure the right solenoid goes in the right place (above).

Use tag wire or zip ties to hold the solenoids to their brackets (below). They can only be installed onto the valve body in one place.

Caution! Do not lose the spring and check ball.

Note: There are no check balls under the separator plate.
