THE NEXT STEPS Provisionally book your chosen festive event. Pay a deposit of £10.00 per person to secure the booking, due within seven days of holding the date. A deposit of £50.00 per person for New Year’s Eve and £50.00 per person for New Year’s Eve accommodation is required.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Food and beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the request for final payments. You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any beverage pre-orders, and submit meal pre-orders, four weeks prior to the event you are attending. Once full payment has been received, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.

Celebrate the festive season in style with one of our Vegas-themed Christmas Party Nights. An arrival drink will be served at 7:00pm followed by a delicious three-course meal from 8:00pm. Try your luck at the in-house Casino for some after-dinner fun and then dance the night away with our resident DJ until 1:00am. Private parties are also available on request.
Gather with friends and family to celebrate Christmas Day. Arrive between 12:30pm and 1:30pm and enjoy a fabulous Christmas Day Lunch. Our jazz pianist will entertain you throughout the meal and your children will receive a visit and a gift from Santa.

All provisional programme bookings must be confirmed within seven days of booking and a deposit of £50.00 per person for New Year’s Eve and £10.00 per person for all other Events is due upon confirmation. 3. All balances must be paid in full prior to 1 November 2017, with the exception of any bookings for events held in 2018, which must be paid by 1 December 2017. All bookings made after these dates must be paid in full within seven days of booking or, if the booking is less than seven days from date of the Event, payment in full is required immediately. 4. Children are charged as detailed in brochure. 5. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT, but may be subject to any other relevant taxes/levies at the current prevailing rate in force on the date of the Event. Prices advertised are subject to change prior to booking. 6. Except as set out below, we regret that all payments received, including deposits, are non-refundable and non-transferable. 7. We regret that should your party size decrease in numbers, payments (including deposits) cannot be offset against food, drinks or accommodation. 8. If the final amount is not settled in advance (see terms in clause 3 above), the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking. 9.
