+ Triple A+ Leadership The True Leader Personality After the end of traditional leadership we don´t need better managers but we need leaders - leaders, who are rooted beyond ego, think collectively and encourage co-creation by their personality in their relations to their team members. New formats of collaboration these days are based and functioning no longer on external duties but on the basis of inner orientation and a strong social connection. Hereto he personality of leaders is playing a significant role. It determines the thinking and action and defines the DNA and the competitive edge of a company. It is the most important competence and the most unused potential. Successful leadership development starts now at the individual personality structure. An authentic personality cannot be acquired by enhancing skills or learning techniques. It needs a conscious process on another level than tips, tricks and behavior exercises. Inner autonomy, authenticity and inspiring influence develop by a conscious inner orientation. True self - confidence emerges by being self conscious.

Structure

The program embraces 4 modules each 2 ½ days as well as 8 individual coaching sessions, two after each module.

The timeframe of the program is 8 months.

Methods

We use inputs for orientation. The theoretical background is from recent leadership theories as well as from discoveries of personality work. A differentiated typology and values assessment help to detect own patterns

We offer on the content level an inner map that allows clarity, differentiation and understanding on the one hand and space for the current personal and professional situation and individual uniqueness on the other hand.

The modules are conducted in German language. Special arrangements for English are possible.

The impulses are followed by exercises for clear focused inquiries of the individual situations in a safe space. Apart from reflections we use presence exercises, Gestalt dialogues, praxis simulations, etc.

The targeted and focused self-reflection in a non-judgmental environment is a highly valuable learning method. Therefore we support the sincere and careful self-consideration and help when clarity, differentiation, orientation or self respect is needed.

Generally this program is made for leaders. The content and its applicability is extendable also on the larger job related and private life context. In the context of leadership development we see this program as an advanced development and recommend previous participation in basic leadership trainings.

Prerequisite for the participation is the readiness and ability to self-reflect. You partake in all parts of the program. Remaining on site is mandatory, since it is crucial for the development process to stay in the protected space.

We assume that you are physically and psychologically resilient, that you take the responsibility for all your actions in the seminars and that you deal with stress situations solidly in regards to the inherent positive opportunity for growth.

In a pre talk, personally or on the phone, we will cover more details.

Terms for participation

§ Fees per module are € 1.785,- plus VAT. This includes two individual coachings of 1 hour each as well as the fees for an online questionnaire and a personal report on personality aspects.

§ Accommodation and travel costs are not included in this amount.

§ We reserve a hotel room with full board for you for the price of € 391,- for 2,5 days. You will deal with the hotel directly.

§ The invoicing will be processed after your application for participation in writing.

§ A place will be reserved for you as soon as the amount has been transferred.

§ The seminars will start on the first day at 2:00 pm and end on the last day at 5:00 pm.

§ The individual coaching sessions will be individually scheduled and will take place in Munich or online. Between the modules more reflections will take place in peer groups.
