Comment: Trish you are a verygood dancer and in the context of developing skills you are

very quick and willing to help your peers which is refreshing. You clearly bring skills to the floor from your dance background and you apply them very well and it's encouraging to see that you bring confidence and positivity to the floor.As said above you are very imaginative and as seen in without words you have a great eye to the details of performance and how you would execute themto improve the overall standard of performance.

Comment: Trish you are great to work with on the floor and this is translated in your logbook but I would hope in the next term to see more of this on the company blog site. You show great use of ideas in rehearsal however when it comes todiscussions you don't contribute as much as we would like you to, but when you do you have a valid opinion and a lot tosay. We both look forward to w

orking with you more on the next process and seeing you flourish and your confidence to grown in the dances. I would like to challenge you to take a leadership role in the warm upand see you contributing moreideas to the rehearsal process.
