Process description

> TSO REMIT Implementation Task Force group was formed within ENTSOG TRA WG

> Discussion sessions were initiated between ACER, ENTSOG TRA Area team and TSOREMIT Implementation TF in November 2015

> Technical sessions with participation of ACER CSD and service provider wereestablished in January 2016

> 10 discussion sessions with ACER team were performed, 9 of them before 7 April2016

Outcome

> Internal document with the answers of all questions discussed with ACER (currently49 questions). Limited set of these questions have been published by the Agency

> Internal document merging the most frequently asked technical questions submittedto ENSTOG (currently 81 questions)

> Internal document with proposals for workaround solution on some of the schemaissues

Challenges

> ACER operational team is not fully empowered to provide Agency’s position. As aresult, the final ACER position on some issues strongly deviates compared to whatwas agreed during the discussion sessions

> Delay or absence of publication of the questions and answers discussed. Not clearview on the final and official ACER position

> Lack of response from ACER Team on ENTSOG Team queries and proposals

> ENTSOG Team was forced to complete a lot of tasks within the scope of ACERresponsibilities

> Failed attempt at Q1 2016 for REMIT schema changes, although all the needed data,including Edig@s schema draft, were provided from our side

> Lost fight on the so called “currency issue”
