Cargo Booking, Tracking & General Customer Service.

We book your cargo online or through our international agents & give our customers the Routings, Air line or Vessel details, Transit Period & ETD.

Our Freight & Operations Department will email you a pre-alert of the documentation coming with the cargo on time.

To track your shipment, our customer service is just a phonecall away. They will inform you the exact position the shipment is at.

Our Customers receive daily updates on their shipment on mail or phone.

Tax Consultancy (Import & Export) In Order to cater for the needs of our Clients & to assist

them in matters relatingto imports Port matters, we consult Customs or KRA on

behalf of our clientswhenever necessary or in certain circumstances of dispute

regarding Dutypayments, Exemptions, Valuation, Refund matters

involving clients. This we do bywritten communication or orally (in meetings). 

Cargo Pre-Inspection.Request For Certification:The electronic Import Declaration Form (IDF) data entered &transmitted to KEBS then the supplier contacts KEBS for a

RequestFor Certification Form,(RFC). The exporter then sends the

formcompleted together with a pro forma invoice providinginformation about the date & place for inspection & any otherinformation requested.

Determination of Route:KEBS Country Office reviews the RFC & attached

documentation& confirms the applicable route for certification & the

standardsapplicable.

 Inspection:The KEBS Country Office will contact the place of inspection & confirm

theappointment for physical inspection of the consignment. This is

normallyCarried out to verify requirements that may be visually verified (e.g.

productlabeling) to Ensure reconciliation of the consignment with previously

submittedtest reports. Certification:Except for air-shipments, the exporter shall submit a final invoice to

the KEBSCountry Office, as soon as possible after physical inspection. The KEBS

CountryOffice will perform a final review of all test & inspection reports &

decide uponThe issuance of the Certificate of Conformity or Non Conformity Report.

Product testing:

Product testing & sampling is then arranged with an approved

or an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory in advance of thescheduled date of shipment. Upon completion of

producttesting, reports are submitted to the KEBS Country

Office.

The reports must be sufficiently detailed so as to demonstrate

traceability to the consignment to be shipped to Kenya, as

otherwise a Non Conformity Report will be issued.

Our Rates.Our rates are very competitive in the

market.They are negotiable based on cargo volume.For Door To Door Air shipments, deliveries

within city limits is free.

We offer Door to Door services and Transit bonds from cargo origin to the clients offices or warehouse.

For Door to Door shipments, IDF processing is free.

There are NO hidden charges on our rates. Our quotation are detailed & self explanatory.
