L’aziendaProforec è una giovane azienda nata nel 2005 dall’esperienza e dalla passione del titolare Mirko Alboino che voleva portare sulle tavole italiane e non solo un prodotto della tradizione ovvero la Focaccia col Formaggio di Recco: due sfoglie di sottile pasta tirata a mano e farcite con morbida Crescenza fresca. Altri i prodotti tipici oggi distribuiti da Proforec: la Focaccia Pizzata, la Focaccia col Formaggio al Pesto Genovese, la Focaccia all’Olio di Oliva e quella con le Cipolle.Ultima nata la Farinata, un prodotto della tradizione genovese ancora oggi venduto nelle antiche Sciamadde del centro storico di Genova.
