Goring HotelThe Goring Hotel, based just o� Grosvenor Gardens, played host to the family of Diana Spencer during the royal wedding of her and Prince Charles, as they did to the family of Kate Middleton during the royal wedding of March 2011.
In 1938, the hotel receptionist witnessed Churchill lifting the French Prime Minister Daladier o� the floor by his lapels, with Chamberlain looking on.

Queen Anne’s GateSome of the doors on Queen Anne’s Gate have wooden canopies carved by shipwrights laid o� by the Admiralty to save money (sounds familiar) towards the end of the seventeenth century. Tuckerman worked successfully with our West End joint agent and, within two months of us joining the letting team, the o� ices were let to The Business Growth Fund at one of the highest Victoria rents of 2011.

Tuckerman were instructed to restructure the lease on this 46,000 sq ft headquarters building. A new lease was agreed extending the term by 10 years. As part of the transaction the tenant was granted a 15 month rent free period and a capital contribution of in excess of £2.0 million together with a rent reduction. A particularly good deal was achieved as we knew the owner was intending to sell and needed to maximise the lease term.

17/19 Rochester Row Victoria SW1
Tuckerman were jointly instructed by the landlord to advise on the refurbishment and re-letting of floors totalling 35,171 sq ft. We were subsequently instructed by Ranstand, the tenant, to let the 8th floor.
Tuckerman completed the letting of the 6th and 8th floor to Chime Communications and the 7th floor to ABPI. We showed our creative and lateral thinking, by enabling both clients to benefit from a high quality tenant, who was identified direct.
