After initial activation & download, no login is necessary
for accessing FC. Content is stored on the device so it can be
accessed even w/o a data connection.
Browse or search for a predesignated condition or
disease. If no results then use broader term or try keyword
search in MDC.

Not a Clinician? Reasons to Download FirstConsult/MDConsult for Non-Clinicians… Resources section (FC) often
lists leading Associations websites where you can find Patient Education materials on specific disease/condition
Some entries have Patient Education information available and/or links to websites. (FC)
In a major disaster, your mobile device can be a source of information for clinicians if data connections are down (FC).
Be a better patient, research your disease/condition to ask better questions at appointments.
