Instructor Tuhon Rommel Tortals martial specialty is the use of edged and impact weapon usage in Close Quarter Combat scenarios.He is the Chief Instructor of the Edged-Impact Weapons Tactical Combat training for the Philippine Marine Corps and the Philippine National Police Special Action Force.Trained directly by the head of the Pekiti-Tirsia Kali System; Grand Tuhon Leo T.
