HESS is seeking bids from qualified MDot Certified Minority Business subcontractors and suppliers for the construction trades related to the Tulip Grove ES Renovation/Addition project for Prince George’s County Public Schools.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of renovations and an addition totaling approximately 69,000 gross square feet to the vacant Tulip Grove Elementary School. This project is a candidate for LEED Certification.
This project has an overall goal of 30% MBE participation, with 7% African-American and 4% Asian-American sub-goals. LOCAL participation is also encouraged.
We strongly encourage all interested trade contractors, including Local and MDot Certified Minority Business Enterprises to contact our Estimators TODAY! Bid Documents are available to interested suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for the purpose of bidding to HESS.
