Over our 33 year history, we have expanded our manufacturing expertise from our foundation in 5-axis milling to include advanced capabilities such as Precision ElectroChemical Machining (PECM), Additive Manufacturing (AM), proprietary diffusion surface treatments for ferrous metals (TX-1), plasma spray coatings, high speed water jet cutting, Electro-Discharge Machining (EDM), and others. Our global network of turbomachinery design partners, machine tool OEMs, and special process vendors allows us to offer our customers the right solution for each unique manufacturing challenge they face.

TURBOCAM produces components of a quality that is second to none in a range of alloys and sizes (10 – 1100mm diameter or length) for a variety of propulsion, fluid power, and gas compression applications such as turbofan blisks, steam turbine blades, rocket engine turbopump inducers, compressor vanes, centrifugal gas compressors, industrial gas turbine blades, and class 8 truck turbochargers.

Our engineers offer world-class expertise for every phase of the product development cycle, from participating in “Design for Manufacturing” review of design specifications, to selecting the most efficient and economical method of manufacture, to prototyping a bespoke proof of concept article, to integrating and commissioning dedicated automated multi-process manufacturing cells for high volume production.

Over 900 engineers, machinists, technicians, and support staff are employed worldwide at manufacturing sites in the USA, UK, India, and Romania, and at sales offices in North America, Europe, and Asia. Globally, we produce over one million turbomachinery components annually.
