How to Create and Use Folders in e-mail (iPhone/iPad/iPad iOS 9) You can find and view e-mails you have moved to folders in e-mail on your iPhone/iPad/iPad (if your company use Exchange for e-mail, most do). This tutorial will show you where to locate those folders.
1. Tap “Mail” icon. 2. If you are currently viewing e-mails, tap “Mailboxes”. 3. Scroll down, tap “Exchange”.

6. Type in name of new folder. 7. Tap “Save”. 8. Tap “Done”. The new folder will appear in alphabetical order in your folder list. This
is why we name some folders starting with a number, to move the folder to the top of the alphabetical list.

How to Move e-mail Message to Folder– when you use your Microsoft Exchange e-mail account, you can move e-mails messages to one of your folders.
Open the message- 1.Tap the folder icon at the bottom of the email. 2.Tap the folder you wish to move the email into. (it is called a “Mailbox” instead of a
folder).
