BETTER USER EXPERIENCE IS CREATED WHEN ALL OF THESE ELEMENTS REVEAL THEM SELVES AND UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER.

Don’t be too abstract. My service design rule #1:

Paint a picture. Tell a story.

0 min

Peter has a small company called Road Light House. He delivers GPS Led light Road Cones. They work with solar

energy.

Peter is having his morning coffee. Suddenly his phone

starts to beep. Two cones have a misfunction somewhere.

15 sec

He quickly manages to locate the right road work. It seems

two cones have lost connection. Usually this

happens when a car hits the cone. Peter decides to activate

a safety error message.

30 sec

He knows there are five extra cones in the storage at the road work site. The safety

error message also helds a detailed information about this

fact.

45 sec

60 sec

His phone beeps again. Two new cones have been replaced on the road work site. It’s now

safe to drive again. Safety error message has been

cleared by the road work site workers.

Story is a visual support that facilitates understanding

Get the courage to be unfinished.

My service design rule #2:

…just around the corner.

Idea!

The next great idea is just around the corner.

Failure

Mhhh.... But wait! It might also be a failure!?

?

Panic and stress is always a good option!

Or… If you don't see it it doesn't exist? Right.

Failure

Failure Idea!

But actually failure is not a bad option when taking small steps.

Paint a path and take small steps.

Summary…

Don’t be too abstract.

Get the courage to be unfinished.
