1. TOUGHEST SLOVAK TVRDAK RACE - 2015 THE TOUGHEST SLOVAK OBSTACLE RACE 2. TEST YOUR SKILLS TO OVERCOME The race is designed to fit all levels of fitness. Both men & women. You can complete the race with measuring your race time, or you can run without measuring the time (fitness regime) - just for fun. Average completion time of a course is 1 hour. 3. 5+ KM & 15+ OBSTACLES You will experience mud, crawling, water channels and other obstacles that will drive you until youre out of gas . If you running in fitness regime no obstacle penalties is applied if you do not complete or skip an obstacle. If you measuring time and compete with others a 30 burpees for men/15 burpees for women)penalty is applied if you do not complete an obstacle. 4. YOU CAN RACE SOLO OR AS A TEAM Team has to have at least three members. Overall team time is taken from the 1st 3 competitors from each team to cross the finishing line.. 5. ...
