Super Deluxe Rooms has been newly designed in a rich luxurious style, combining different international traditional styles. Images have been selected from both Kerela , the U.S.A as well as old English Colonial styles creating an infusion with rich Indian fabrics, artwork and textures.

The idea behind the new concept is to create a very sumptuous and inviting interior, as well as a cosy and romantic ambiance that all international guests can relate to and feel at home in.

The interior layouts of the room has been carefully re-configured to bring the bedroom and bathroom area up to an international standard for hospitality.

This includes introducing the bar fridge into newly fully shop fitted dresser and mounting modern plasma T. V screens on to the walls in the correct places opposite the main beds . The bed would be hand carved by traditional Indian craftsman in the region with matching pedestals with marble tops and a matching dressing table with chair.

The new drapes would be in a rich forest pattern to compliment the forest environment.Indian woven carpet would be placed around the main bed , specially designed and made in North of India.

The patios would have new Italian stucco floors complete with roll down grass blinds, hanging lanterns and wooden chairs with ottomans for relaxation. The old style black rock would be covered in a new yellow Indian slate wall, to bring a fresh look to the patio areas.

The basins in the bathrooms for the Super Deluxe would be purchased in a metallic finish, with hand painted tiles from Kashmir installed on the walls and shower floors. The showers and toilets would be new contemporary styles with totally concealed flush systems built into the wall for the toilets

Rich and sophisticated textures have been brought into the Romantic Villa fabrics, as well as a traditional American styled slay- bed, with a large patterned throw , luxury white linen and large soft cushions added onto the bed. All the beds in the new resort concept will be high beds at 650 mm high above the floor.

Romantic Villa

The idea of creating a very comfortable lounge area that a couple can enjoy together, would include newly hand carved plasma stand, built in bar fridge and a plasma T.V mounted to the wall.

Option two having a more open view of the forest through the existing tall glass windows, but requiring the main door to be relocated.

The villas have been re-laid out including re-designing the bathroom layouts, combining a modern contemporary styled vanity with wooden finishes, hand painted tiles and a new oval bath have been introduced to create a contemporary yet still rustic look.

The walls of all the villas and rooms would be newly clad in creamy colour Italian Stucco, in a smooth velvet finish.

Hand carved Indian styled coffee tables, dressers and complete built in cupboards with sliding doors will all add to the new comfort of the villa.

The carpets and artwork would be complime- ntary with each other, depicting Kerala artwork on a sophisticated level and carpets brought in from Varanasi custom made for the villa. Wall lights and freestanding antique lamps would throw a soft ambient light across the room.

All the mirrors and frames to the artwork would be hand carved in timber. The floors in a laminate in new fashionable colour called American Walnut. And lastly, to create a different feel from the other rooms and villas, the furniture would be done in a light antique- washed teak finish.

A brand new layout has been designed to create a two bedroom with full en- suite bathroom layout.

This layout would enable a family or two couples to book out the Royal Villa as needed , with a central area for lounging and private entertainment. The entrance door opens to an fully luxurious open plan lounge, with soft comfortable sofas and chairs for relaxation at a high standard.

The bedroom to the left hand side of the lounge would encompass the existing round shape, introducing a new king sized bed into the middle of the curved wall ,with built in pedestals and ambient lighting.

The bedroom to the left of the lounge would have its own bathroom en suite with an oval bath, whilst the bathroom to the right hand side of the lounge would have a large square built- in shower.

Both toilets would have newly concealed cisterns and installed into more privately designed spaces, created with new brick work plaster, tiles and new windows.The existing windows to the patios would remain as per existing, with newly stucco'd floors and roll down blinds in grass weave, to the over- hanging roofs.

The shower outside would be newly clad in Indian slate tiles and hand painted mosaics.

We have introduced rich luxurious fabrics into the bedroom by means of thick throws as the bed spreads, rich damasks on the pillow and bedside lamps, with fully shop fitted timber wall unit, for a built in cupboards and the dressing tables.

The idea for the main beds is to create a very luxurious style of hand carved royal beds , complete with extra high mattresses and an

abundance of soft sophisticated newly upholstered cushions.

As per the preceding villas, new American Walnut laminate floors would be laid and new cream Italian stucco applied to the walls.

Hand custom- made carpets would be scattered around the Royal Villa, to compliment the fabrics and carved lamps.Antique glass lamps will be introduced onto the side boards and servers in the lounge area.A small round bar with two bar stools has been proposed in the layout, as well as a compact smart built- in kitchenette with fridge, microwave and sink unit.

New mock cane chaise lounges would be introduced onto the private patio, with large comfortable cushions for the client's relaxation.The exterior shower would be re-clad in a local Indian quarried slate tile in keeping with the forest surroundings.
