1. The Twelth meeting of IQAC started at 10.00 am, with welcome address by

Dr.S.Mahendran, Principal, Pioneer College.

2. The Minutes of the eleventh meeting held on 11th

December , 2017 was endorsed

and confirmed unanimously by the members.

3. Initiating the discussion, the chairman requested the IQAC co-ordinator to place the

agenda for discussion.

4. The IQAC co-ordinator placed the agenda before the committee. The plan of action

Faculty members.

Counseling is given to the students as and when

needed by a psychologist.

We workout for Govt. Scholarship. The

Management and private Scholarships were

provided amounting to Rs.4,20,150 for

41 students.

There are 6 clubs functioning to motivate the

students to improve their talents. The six clubs

are Eco Club, Skill Club, Cultural Club,

Etiquette Club, Literary Club and Craft Club.

Stephen Raj.A of III B.Sc (CS) participated and presented paper in International Conference at

Bangkok,Thailand from 18.01.18 to 22.01.18.

On 18-01-18 & 19-01-18 he presented a paper Titled “Internet of Things” at the Universal

Academic Cluster International January Conference in Bangkok, Thailand. He was also certified

in Recognition for his outstanding performance, superior dedication and positive attitude on the

project he submitted to Wipro.

On 20-01-18 he presented a paper at Microsoft Campus – Cambodia.

On 21-01-18 he was awarded with “Focus on Information Technology Certificate” by Information

and Communications Council at Asia Pacific International University.

On 22-01-18 he submitted successfully his research paper at Google Student Ambassador in

International Conference.

On 03-02-18, an Interschool Quiz Competition, Pick Brain was organized. Quiz programme was organized for

all the school students.
