The Weekly Article from Father Shane Campbell Last week Friday, our Knights of Columbus council here at the parish embarked on one of their biggest events ever! They put on the Fais Do Do Cajun Cowboy event up at the Mandan Eagles Club. It was a night filled with Cajun style food (Homemade Jambalaya, Gumbo, and Bread Pudding), music, beer sampling, and most importantly lots of fun and fellowship! At one point during the night, there was standing room only to eat. I want to thank all of the Knights for their wonderful event and all their hard work that they put into it. Thank you to all of you who attended the event as well! I would like to also take this opportunity to invite all men in our parish who are 18 years or older to join the Knights of Columbus. It is a wonderful fraternal organization that does many things in our parish and community. Thank you to our Firefighters for being a part of our 10:30am Mass this weekend! It is always great to celebrate Fire Prevention Month with them and to honor them and their service to our community. Next weekend we will have our first Donut Sunday of the season! There will be donuts and fellowship after the 8:30am & 10:30am Masses. It is a great way to meet some new parishioners and connect with the ones your already know. Join us in the cafeteria next Sunday for donuts! Have a wonderful and blessed week! Fr. Campbell All Military members & their families, Benjamin Wanner & All seminarians.
