Goals of the ConferenceThe PowerMEMS conference provides an excellent opportunity to bringtogether world scien�sts and engineers from academia, researchins�tutes and companies to present and discuss the latest results in thegeneral fields of miniaturized devices and systems for power genera�onand energy conversion in micro and nano scales. We warmly accept widerange of topics, from basic principles, materials and fabrica�on ending onapplica�ons and markets in all energy domains including, but not limitedto: electrical, mechanical, chemical, thermal, magne�c, electrosta�c,ferroelectric, op�cal, nuclear, and fluidic. The conference goals are tos�mulate interac�on and knowledge exchange between the delegatesin a friendly atmosphere.
