Polish Presidency is a great opportunity to promote Polish cuisine.One of the most valued Polish chefs,Adam Chrzastowski,supervises the creation of exquisite menu with Polish dishes,based on native products,for the high level meetings in Poland and Brussels. Foreign delegations and journalists visiting Poland during the presidency also receive a package of receipts of the Polish cuisine dishes,modernly arranged by 16 chefs,including three foreigners,every day working in the best Polish restaurant.The starting point of each receipts is a product commonly associating with Polish cuisine (such as herring,cucumber,groats,poppy,game) Each receipt precedes the understandable for the foreign consumer the product description,including its cultural context. Modern illustrations make the publication more attractive.
