This training, provided through the California Teachers Association Human Rights Department, will explore the understanding of cognitive biases and the influence those biases have on our perceptions and the decisions we make to enhance student learning and teaching in our increasingly diverse schools. Participants will receive tools to increase awareness about cognitive biases.
