Aim to provide understanding on the fundamentals of 7 QC Tools and Quality Control Circle (QCC) and the importance of Quality Tools in process controls and improvements. Parcipants will acquire knowledge on effecve implementaon to analyze and interpret data for problem solving and the effecve implementaon of 7 QC Tools to be used for collecng data, idenfying the root cause, measuring the results and use the tools as standard connuous improvement tools and methods. SPEAKERS PROFILE Azman Ithnin is an experienced Engineering Manager with a Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering (Hons) from Manchester, UK. He is a panel trainer for Train The Trainer program to develop, assess and cerfy trainers in Freescale Semiconductor (M) Sdn Bhd. As a program manager for LEAN Manufacturing, he has gone through a Training for Ketachigai Improvement Program (KIP) based on Toyota Producon System (TPS) which was also known as Toyota Way”. He has a deep knowledge in the 8 elements required in implemenng the KIP and a competent coach and mentor for the program. He is extensively involved with 5S, Kaizen, machine efficiencies, producvity improvement and problem solving methodology towards achieving the service and product quality required by MNCs.
