Kim Utzon is the architect behind Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center. Throughout his distinguished career he has exhibited an astute ability to synthesise functionality and lighting in a process that produces magnificent architecture.

Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center is a spectacular example of Utzon’s architectural achievements. The pyramid-shaped windows along the Congress Hall’s ceiling drench the hall in daylight, whilst in the process ensuring a perfect indoor climate.

The 1,500 m2 sized hall is designed to adapt easily to all kinds of events; conferences, exhibitions and product launches, etc. A 500 m2 balcony, relocatable stage, three fixed screens and the latest AV equipment all add up to an international standard congress hall. The acoustics are also perfectly balanced, so that the hall can be used for intimate lectures or dinners.

The 1,700 m2 can be used for serving refreshments, as an exhibition space or registration area. The Congress reception is also located in the foyer. Congress Hall Our unique Congress Hall, with room for 2,400 people, has the very best technical equipment, daylight when desired, fantastic acoustics, a relocatable stage and a set-up that can be individually tailored to suit every single event. This creates the opportunity for us to work creatively with you so that your next congress, exhibition, dinner, TV production or lecture will be something very special. The Congress Hall and balcony have a total area of 2,000 m2.

AuditoriaTivoli Hotel & Congress Center has two auditoria – Lumbye, with a capacity of 197 and Carstensen, which can hold 407 people. Both have excellent acoustics and a technical room, from where our technicians can arrange the day’s presentations professionally using the latest AV equipment. All of the comfortable seats come with rotary writing board and electrical outlet within reach for use with laptops, telephones and tablets.

Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center is the largest congress center in central Copenhagen. As organizer of an event, your wishes and your guests are always central. During the entire process – both before and during your event – you will be assigned an Event Manager, who will ensure that everything goes as planned.

First floorTivoli Hotel & Congress Center has 13 rooms on the first floor, which is divided in two buildings. All rooms are equipped with the latest AV equipment, comfortable conference furniture and plenty of daylight. The rooms vary in size from 14 m2 to 60 m2, with room for 10-60 people. Two foyer areas, each of them 200 m2, offer the opportunity to serve refreshments and present smaller exhibitions. The foyer also includes our Business Center, where your conference guests can make use of our computers and can print out boarding passes or presentations with ease.

Second floor The second floor gives you the ability to hold your meeting in one of its 27 rooms, all with the latest AV equipment and plenty of daylight. The 27 rooms make logistics easy, should your meeting demand for example extra rooms for ”breakout sessions”. Selected rooms on the second floor can easily form the backdrop for private dinner parties of up to 50 people. Our skilled chefs are happy to recommend menus to suit an individual event or season. The rooms are in two buildings and are part of ”The Green Walkway”, a fantastic outdoor space. ”The Green Walkway” lends itself perfectly to team-building activities or simply for taking a break in the fresh air. The second floor also comprises two of the house’s restaurants and bars: Tivoli Brasserie and Tapas Restaurant and Tivoli Bar & Lounge. Your guests can arrive easily for lunch or round off their meeting with a dinner or a drink.
