The skills for an artist is that you have to be artistic and creative and always being confident of what you do. They have to produce pieces of art to make the public happy, there art can be produced about any topic they want , it could be sport , tragedy , politics and also social life. Another skill they need is to be mentally strong and have an open mind to all criticism they need.

A couple of the qualifications you can use is an arts degree. You can also do PGCE certificate for secondary.

Some alternatives people can use are workshops in schools and you can also use diploma’s, also you can go to arts colleges and do work there to gain experience.

There are many reward for artists such as basic rewards and advanced rewards. Basic rewards such as people making good comments about your art work and telling you to make more pieces of art. The advanced rewards are having you artwork putting museums and so the whole world can see them ,also getting them sold for a good price.

Some skills a creative director needs are discipline and power to take control of the people performing, they have to tell them what do to. One important skills they would need is organizational skills the work will have to flow nicely and make sure they use there resources well. Another important skill they need is that they need to inspire a team. A good director knows what they have to do to get the best out of there team.

Some of the qualification you need are degree's and diplomas , a lot of experience count to such as working in production to see what a director job is like.

Some alternatives are volunteering in the arts industry and gallery. Also you can try and become a assistant exhibition officer and you can make you way up.

The rewards you receive are awards for the exhibitions you put on and how well you out on the show. Some rewards are for the final product and how they attracted customers and made there money. A bit of negativity is that if there exhibition is bad people might not want to go the there exhibitions again.

The skills for a marketing officer would be to have a ability to analyze data and come up with information and actionable plans to grow a business. They would also need increase value proposition of offers made to the target customer. Another skill for a Marketing Officer would be to attract customers to see the exhibition. They are also the people who try to make the money for the company if they attract a lot of customer.

Qualifications for a marketing officer would be either a college or a university degree. You can even get certificates such a Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and even Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI).

Sometimes a bit of experience counts as a lot, like giving out leaflet for little events in Birmingham. For arts, sports and even festivals.

The rewards for being a Marketing Officer would be making money for the company for the leaflets they give out and how they attract customers. The other rewards they get would be how well they produce and advert on TV. Some challenges for a Marketing Officer would be selecting a target audience. Such as if it was a kids exhibition they would have to make it colourful that can be a problem because they do not want to spoil the leaflets look.

Fashion Designer

a lot of money for the company. For example a model walk out on a catwalk and wear something attractive that the audience likes, then the audience goes to the shops and buys the product. Fashion designers make huge amounts of money, as well as they make a name for themselves .

GCSE's as possible 5 at the very minimum, 10 or 11 is what you should aim for in Art and photography. English, Maths and Science. Then, at 6th form or college you'd need to study photography and then 3 other subjects that interest you. To go to college or 6th form you'd need at least 5 GCSE's.

The Alternative things you can do are you should study photography at University. That would

develop your skills to the best they can be and give

you the best shot of making it.

The skills that you would need to become a photographer would be Sense of Composition, Sense of Colour, Appreciation of Technology , Ability to Look Beyond the Obvious, and also a lot of patience to wait for the perfect shot. A good photographer will look at life and see something unusual. It will also take a lot of practice to develop this skill and capturing interesting scene. They would also be up to date with the latest technology.

The are many awards for a Photographer. One of the Awards for being a Photographer is getting recognised by newspapers and then they will let you work for them. Another Reward a Photographer can get is having there photographs being displayed in famous museums or local galleries around the West Midlands. Another Possible reward for a photographer would be entering a competition for the best photography and then if they win they can win £10,000
