What is a Wise Buyer?• A wise Buyer is someone who thinks before
making a decision on purchasing products.• So Wise buying refers to buying the right type
of products or services at the right time, at the right place and at the right price.
• It is a process of making a buying decision in the right manner, so that you do not regret in the future.

Bureau and now it is known as Independent Consumer & Competition Commission (ICCC)
• This people make amends the welfare of Papua New Guineans through promotion of competition, fair trading and the protection of consumer’s interest.
