Taux de Croissance Trimestriel : on compare le niveau d’une variable un trimestre donné par rapport au trimestre précédent
Taux de Croissance Trimestriel annualisé : même concept que TCT mais on suppose que ce taux va êtrevalable pendant 4 trimestres. En pratique, on multiplie par 4 le TCT ou on prend l’intérêt composé pendantquatre trimestres.

� A la fin de l’année 1, l’acquis de croissance est:
94/97-1 ~ -3,1% � Ceci signifie qu’en l’absence d’une forteaugmentation pendant l’année 2, le taux de croissanceannuel du PIB de l’année 2 par rapport à l’année 1 seranégatif.
� Au quatrième trimestre de l’année 2, le glissement annuelde la croissance sera : 99/94-1=5,1%
� Le taux de croissance annuel est 97/97-1= 0% malgré unehausse du niveau du PIB de 1,3% chaque trimestre del’année 2

Cas 1:
� A la fin de l’année 1, l’acquis de croissance est :
106/103-1 ~2,9% � On remarque que même si le taux decroissance trimestriel du PIB pendant chaque trimestre del’année 2 est de 0% , le taux de croissance annuel du PIBde l’année 2 par rapport à l’année 1 sera proche de 3%(106/103-1).
� Au quatrième trimestre de l’année 2, le taux de croissance en glissement annuel sera : 106/106-1=0%.

LE TREMBLEMENT DE TERRE ET LE TSUNAMI DU 11 MARS 2011 SUR LA RÉGION DE TOHOKU ET L’INONDATION DE NOVEMBRE 2011 EN THAÏLANDE ONT AFFECTÉ LA POURSUITE DE LA REPRISE
Les problèmes de 2011 ont été outre les effets directs liés au tremblement de terre/tsunami et ses conséquences:
- Mise en lumière de l’interconnection des réseaux de distribution mondiaux (impact sur la production industrielle mondiale)
- Baisse à court terme des investissements des entreprises, de la confiance des consommateurs, effet sur l’emploi dans la région affectée, baisse du PIB,…
- La Banque du Japon met en place son programme d’achats d’actifs
- Taux de change
- USA (baisse de la note par S&P) et problème de la Zone euro

• La campagne s’est faite sur le thème d’une politique monétaire résolument axée vers la sortie de la déflation avec un objectif àmoyen/court terme d’une inflation à 2% et un redressement de l’économie (plan de relance à court terme (poursuitereconstruction) et moyen terme (relèvement de la croissance potentielle par des réformes structurelles).
• Le LDP (Abe Shinzo) avec le New Komeito (Yamaguchi Nasuo) ont gagné une supermajorité à la chambre basse (i.e. plus de2/3 des voix de la chambre basse) leur permettant de passer un très grand nombre de lois.
