Dear Penguin Families,

Welcome back!! I hope you were

able to relax with your families and

enjoy some much deserved time off!

We have already been very busy on

campus. Students selected clas-

ses for the 2016-2017 school

year in the computer labs on Mon-

day and Tuesday. We should have

clean numbers to begin working

with our master schedule as early as

next week. If your student has

changed their mind about any classes

they want to take next year, they

need to see Ms. Shelley

Dominguez ASAP to make chang-

es.

On Monday and Tuesday ALL Stu-

dents are required to attend an in-

ternet safety training that will be held

in the Auditorium lobby during con-

ference period Seniors and Juniors

will attend the training on Monday

and Freshmen and Sophomores will

attend the same training on Tuesday.

We are required to have all students

go through this training to keep our

internet license for the district., how-

ever we believe it is important to

provide information to students

about how to stay safe and profes-

sional online as to not impact their

future goals. Students will receive a

ticket for attending the training they

are required to give to their 1st or

2nd period teacher to validate they

attended the training. Thank you for

supporting this training!

for achieving her 400th win!!

Last week against Sahuarita High School, Coach Roxanne

Taylor won her 400th game at RUHS. Coach Taylor

coached the Rincon/University High boys soccer teams to

state championships in 1997, 1998 and 2007. The Rangers

finished No. 2 in 2008 and 2009.
