SAP University Alliances Community Portal Description and Benefits
About the new portal The SAP University Alliances community portal is a new online resource developed as a
global community for collaboration and cooperation, and will replace the Innovation Watch site.
The portal will facilitate interactions between various constituencies around SAP, IT skills, and recruitment.
The SAP University Alliances community portal is rolling out in two phases A collaboration website supporting the services and promoting the value of our traditional
SAP University Alliances program An expanded collaboration community with additional benefits for member faculty and
students as well as for special community partners and stakeholders. The portal’s technology platform is based on the same technology supporting the SAP
community network (SCN), where the SAP Developer Network (SDN), Business Process Expert (BPX), and SAP BusinessObjects communities actively collaborate online.
Faculty and students will have the ability to communicate and participate with the larger SAP online community of more than 1.5 million users by getting started in the Welcome Center

Using the SAP Portal
There are two “sides” to the SAP portal: a “public” side and the “private” (members only) side
The public side is available to faculty that are not part or have not yet registered for the UA program, and students.
The private side is for faculty who are part of the UA.
The private side contains the curriculum that you will need
It also contains areas to ask questions through discussion boards
