Bids will be accepted until 9:00 AM Wednesday, November 13, 2019 All items MUST be paid for by 5:30pm Monday, November 18, 2019 We will host extended pick-up hours on that day from 7:30am - 5:30pm We will be closed from 11:30am-12:30pm for our lunch hour The University of Michigan has the listed equipment for sale on a bid basis. We reserve the right to sell to the highest bidder or reject all bids if they do not meet our expectations. The University reserves the right to award in part, in whole, or not at all. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including by way of example only and without limitation, any quotation that does not contain all the requested information. Sale of this equipment is on an “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” basis. These items may not meet “OSHA-MIOSHA” specifications. Successful bidders are responsible for removal of their equipment. They are also responsible for all damages, accidents and all other liabilities, which are incurred in the disassembly and removal. Items DO NOT include software unless noted. All bids should be emailed to: [email protected] or dropped off at or mailed to: U-M Property Disposition, 3241 Baxter Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48109-2155. Payment for vehicles is to be made in US Funds and can be paid by Cash or Cashier’s Check only. Payment for all other bid items is to be made in US Funds and can be paid by Cash, Cashier’s Check, Certified Check or Credit Card (Credit Card sales under $5,000 only, in person only). All Sales are Final. No International Sales. Tax will be charged at Property Disposition and added on to the successful bid. If you are tax exempt you must provide us with a copy of your tax-exempt certificate. All information on this bid is given to the best of our knowledge. The bidder is responsible for authenticity and accuracy of all information listed on these forms. We will record only one bid from each name and/or associated phone number. Property Disposition has the right to recycle any item on this bid list back into the University of Michigan prior to payment. *We will not be open for bid pick-ups the afternoon of Thursday the 26th. High bid information will not be released until all items are picked up.
