Tips and Reminders

For students added to paper-based test sessions by March 8th, students will be in a “Ready” status in the test session• After a student is in “Ready” status, the following cannot be

edited:

– Form-specific PNP selections (ex: Braille and Large Print)

– If form-specific PNP selections were not made, but paper accommodations (Braille, Large Print) are needed for a student in “Ready” status, contact ACT Aspire Customer Support to request and complete an Additional Order form

• The following can be edited:

– Locally provided PNP selections (ex: Human Reader, Extended Time)

– Demographic / group information

For new students added to the Portal after March 9th who are not in test sessions• The student’s PNP information can be added / edited before

placing the student in a test session

Note: Updating a student's PNP will not update the PNP data in test sessions or printed rosters for those sessions; PNP data are based on when the test session was initially pulled for processing, and does not include late additions

Step 1: Contact ACT Aspire to Initiate Request

To initiate the process to move students from a paper-based test session to a computer-based test session after they are in “Ready” status, contact ACT Aspire Customer Support:

Step 2: ACT Aspire Makes Student Available

• Within 1-2 business days, ACT Aspire will remove the student from their current test session in the Portal and make them available for adding to a computer-based test session; Test Coordinators will need to check back in the Portal

Step 3: Complete the Process

• Test Coordinator can update the PNP for the student(s) and place them into new computer-based test sessions
