Jimmy Cabanban

General Manager

Jimmy Cabanban is the General Manager of Uptown Alley Richmond. In this role, Jimmy oversees and is responsible for all aspects of the business, including food & beverage, guest service, bowling, games, maintenance, entertainment, marketing & sales and overall operations. Mr. Cabanban has 14 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, with a comprehensive skill set in operations, financial management, operating management, culinary development, new store openings and marketing & sales.

At TGI Friday’s, Mr. Cabanban was the Director of Operations for seven restaurants, which included overseeing 28 managers and over 500 team members. He has received numerous accolades as a restaurant executive: Group Director of Operations of the Year (twice), General Manager of the Year (twice) and Carlson Restaurants Franchise Operator of the Year. Mr. Cabanban studied business management at Old Dominion University.

Jimmy Cabanban lives in Chesterfield, Virginia with his wife Marlene and three boys -- Jude, Jett and Greer.
