• Extruder 1 for Foam• Extruder 2 for the Skin (or the top-coat)
• Capital intensive– Requires 2 extruders– Requires very Specialised Dies (especially as foaming is a very
delicate process)

Sasol Polymers, Tracel (Germany), Rohm (Singapore), etc.– UV Stabilsed with high proportion of Titinium Dioxide
