The extended cross-functional team now has 24x7 access to Dashboards and Reports built specifically for their job function based on reliable proven data sets. They no longer waste time hunting down information and can focus efforts on the most value driven activities – making sure patients are aware of drugs, have access to drugs and the entire process of drug launching, prescribing, administering and getting everyone paid is flowing smoothly.

Like most big pharma companies, the marketing team at this organization had tons of valuable data coming from many different sources. Unfortunately, answering even the most basic questions about performance was a struggle.

The data was siloed living in vendor portals, reports built from internal systems, countless Excel spreadsheets, market research, and feedback from the field.

Generating reports and answering one off questions took hours if not days to track down. Anyone looking for insight had to filter through multi-tab spreadsheets stored on shared drives and login to numerous portals with different passwords just to get the pieces of the puzzle into one spot. Today, using UQube Grid Technology, hundreds of field reps share their field level learnings back with HQ and Territory Managers. Once entered, field insights can be reported on in real-time, shared with others (Marketing, Sales, Medical Teams, Nurse Educators, Senior Leadership) and action can be taken.

Payer Account Managers work with Payers to get a pulse on overall coverage of drugs in market and new drug launches, formulary restrictions, prior authorizations, and any upcoming potential contract changes at a Payer and Plan level.

Provider Account Managers quickly learn when and if health care providers are having issues with claims, if prior authorizations are too restrictive, or if providers are having any other operational challenges in getting patients on drug and challenges in getting patients on drug and serviced in the best way possible.
