Products shipped after 12 monthsfrom the date of this amendment or the next printing of the label whichever occurs first, must bearthe new revised label. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Applicators and other handlers must wear the following:-long-sleeve shirt-long pants-shoes and socks-chemical-resistant gloves made of barrier laminate, nitrite rubber, neoprene rubber or Viton.

User Safety RequirementsFollow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning/maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables exist, usedetergent and hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry. Discard clothing and other absorbentmaterials that have been drenched or heavily contaminated with this product's concentrate. Do not reuse them.User should wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. User shouldimmediately remove clothing/PPE if pesticide gets inside. Then thoroughly wash and put on clean clothing. Usersshould immediately remove after handling this product. As soon as possible, thoroughly wash and change intoctean doming.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTSHazards to Humans & Domestic Animals

CAUTION: Harmful if inhaled or absorbed through skin. Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid breathing vapor orspray mist. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Thoroughly wash with soap and water after handling and beforeeating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. Remove and wash contaminated clothing beforereuse.

Environmental HazardsThis pesticide is toxic to aquatic organisms, including fish and invertebrates. Do not apply directly to or near water.Drift and run-off may be hazardous to fish in water adjacent to treated areas. Do not contaminate water whendisposing of equipment, washwater or rinsate. See Directions for Use for additional precautions and requirements.

DIRECTIONS FOR USEIt is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Precautions and RestrictionsShake Well Before Use Do Not Use as a Space Spray

Do not enter or allow others to enter until sprays have dried. Do not apply this product in a way that will contactworkers or other persons, either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area duringapplication. Do not wet articles to point of runoff or drip. Do not use treated article until spray has dried. Remove orcover exposed food and drinking water before application. Remove or cover dishes, utensils, food processingequipment and food preparations surfaces or wash them before use. Do not use in food areas of food handlingestablishments, restaurants or other areas where food is commercially prepared or processed. Do not use in servingareas while food is exposed or facility is in operation. Serving areas are areas where prepared foods are served, suchas dining rooms, but exclude areas where foods may be prepared or held. Avoid contamination of food or food-handling surfaces. Remove pets/birds and cover fish aquariums before spraying. Do not use in aircraft cabins.

Outdoor uses are limited to spot treatments only. Broadcast applications are prohibited. Use this spray only as a spotor crack and crevice treatment to kill cockroaches [roaches], fleas, silverfish, ticks, waterbugs and other insects listedbelow. Broadcast surface applications are prohibited. Apply this product only as a coarse spray or crack and crevicetreatment to localized areas where pests are found or may occur. Spray surfaces until wet, but not to the point of run-off. Do not water the treated area to the point of run-off. Do not make applications during rain. Do not apply directlyinto sewers or drains or to any area like a gutter where drainage to storm sewers, water bodies or aquatic habitat canoccur. Do not allow the product to enter any drain during or after application.

For Spot TreatmentSpray in bursts of 3-5 seconds per spot from a distance of 4-6 inches.

Spray areas where these insects are found or may hide including dark comers ofrooms and closets; cracks and crevices in walls; along baseboards and door andwindow frames; behind and beneath sinks, stoves and refrigerators; in cabinets; andaround garbage cans, plumbing and other utility installations. Spray pests driven outof hiding places. For ants, spray ant trails, around doors and windows and whereverelse these pests may find entrance. Repeat treatment ever 4 weeks as needed.

[To Kill] Fleas and Ticks Thoroughly apply as a spot treatment to infested areas such as pet beds and restingquarters; nearby cracks and crevices; along and behind baseboards and window anddoor frames; and on localized areas of floor and floor coverings where these pestsmay be present. Remove old pet bedding and replace with clean, fresh bedding aftertreatment. Do not spray pets with this product. Prior to pets' reentry into treatedareas, treat pets with a flea and tick control product registered for use on pets.

For Crack and Crevice TreatmentSpray for 4-6 seconds.

Apply spray in small amounts directly into cracks and crevices. Use a transfer[delivery] tube capable of delivering a pin stream in points between different elementsof construction; between equipment and floors; in openings leading to voids andhollow spaces in walls; and on equipment legs and bases where these insects hide.Avoid depositing product onto exposed surfaces or introducing material into the air.

Sowbugs, Spiders andTicks[To Kill] Flies andMosquitoes

Use only outdoors as an aid in reducing annoyance from these insects. Spray outsidesurfaces of window and door frames as well as other areas where these pests mayenter the premise. Also spray dark corners and localized resting areas such asporches, patios, garages and under eaves where these insects may congregate.Flies and mosquitoes coming to rest on treated surfaces will be killed.

Storage and DisposalDo not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.

Pesticide Storage: Store in original container in a cool, dry (preferably locked) storage area inaccessible tochildren and pets and way from heat or open flame. Store away from food and pet food. Pesticide Disposal andContainer Handling: Non-refillable container; do not reuse or refill this container. Do not Puncture or Incinerate! Ifempty: Offer for recycling if available, otherwise discard in trash. If partly filled: Call your local solid waste agencyfor disposal instructions.
