1. Downlaod ImageJ at https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/download.html
2. Choose Windows platform
3. Unzip the downloaded file to destination folder

DownloadPlatform IndependentTo install ImageJ on a computer with Java pre-installed, or to upgrade to the latest fulldistribution (including macros, plugins and LUTs), download ij150.zip (4MB) andextract the ImageJ directory. Use the Help>Update ImageJ command to upgrade tonewer versions.
Mac OS XDownload imageJ (6MB) as a double-clickable Mac OS X application. Also availablebundled with Java 1.8.0_101 (requires OS X 10.8 or later). Instructions.
LinuxDownload ImageJ bundled with Java 1.8.0_112 (82MB). Instructions.

2. Paste into ImageJ/plugins/BandDetect/

1. Launch ImageJ by double clicking ImageJ icon in ImageJ folder
2. On the ImageJ menu bar choose File->Open… to open the image file
