User Guide of Postal Insurance Web Portal

1. Type www.srilankainsurance.lk inside the address bar and click “Go”

2. Click “Postal Insurance” icon

3. Enter your username and the password which is given by Postal Insurance Department and click login.

4. Type the password given by SLIC in CURRENT PASSWORD text box. Enter a new password to change the current password in the NEW PASSWORD text box. Enter the new password again in the RE ENTER NEW PASSWORD.

5. You will get the web portal of Postal Insurance

6. To view the insurance details enter the PR No of Cash receipt in the text box. Enter the 6 digits no after the PR00 Ex: PR00458789

7. Click Submit button

8. Click on the receipt no to view the full details

9. You will get the full details of insurance details

To view the receipt book details

1. Click Receipt Book Icon. Then Click “Cash Receipt Book ”

2. Enter the PD CODE of the Post Office to view receipt book details.

3. You will get the Receipt Book details like this and you follow the same steps to view the Motor Cover Note book as well.

4. Click “Sign Out” icon to log out from the web portal
