providedmountinghardware(WMS14,WMS14A)andrack(SSJR2).Thechemicaljugshouldnotbemountedhigherthan30in.(0.7m)abovetheunit.Suctionhoselengthshouldnotexceed8ft.(2.4m).

3. Connectanairlinetotheairfitting(AP25).4. Followallinstructionsfromchemicalmanufacturer.Fill

thechemicaljug(J2.5BKSR)withpre-mixedorready-to-usechemicalsolutionandconnectthesuctionlinetothejugsuctionfitting.

5. PrimetheunitaccordingtothePrimingInstructions.

For SS2-FMH Unit:1. Selectdesiredlocationtomountfootwearsanitizingunit.2. Attachhandle(FS-HNDL)tohandlebracket(FS-FMB)with

bolts(B5161834)ontheends.Securewithsetscrews(B5161834andLNSS516).

3. Mounthandleassemblytofloororwall(hardwarenotincluded).

4. Liftupontheshroud(SS2-SH),rotatethetophalfoftheunit,andslidetophalfofunitfromthebracket(FS-GUARD)toreleasefromthebase.

5. Hooktheplate(FS-FMP)ontheundersideofthecollectionbasintothebracketatthebaseofthemountinghandle.

6. Ifdesired,mountthechemicaljugtothewallusingtheprovidedmountinghardware(WMS14,WMS14A)andrack(SSJR2).Thechemicaljugshouldnotbemountedhigherthan30in.(0.7m)abovetheunit.Suctionhoselengthshouldnotexceed8ft.(2.4m).

4. Connectdebrisshield(DBSH)byslidinghooksintotheslotsonthebackthebootscrubberframe.Note:Brushes(BR10S)mustberemovedbeforeinstalling/uninstallingdebrisshield.

5. Positionbootscrubberindesiredlocationandmounttofloor(hardwarenotincluded).

6. Positionmountingbracket(FS-BPL)forfootwearsanitizernexttothebootscrubberandsecuretothefloor(hardwarenotincluded).

7. Hooktheplate(FS-FMP)ontheundersideofthecollectionbasintothemountingbracket(FS-BPL).

8. Ifdesired,mountthechemicaljugtothewallusingtheprovidedmountinghardware(WMS14,WMS14A)andrack(SSJR2).Thechemicaljugshouldnotbemountedhigherthan30in.(0.7m)abovetheunit.Suctionhoselengthshouldnotexceed8ft.(2.4m).

2. Placefootonthegrate(FS-GRATE)andstepdownwithheel10-15timesoruntilallairhasbeenpurgedfromthesuctionline.

3. Checkbottomoffootwearforpropersanitizerapplication.Theentiresoleshouldbecoveredwithaconsistentspraypattern.

Operation Instructions:For SS2 Unit:1. Placeonefootonthegrate(FS-GRATE)andstepdown

withheeltoactivatethespray.2. Repeattheprocesswithyourotherfoot.

For SS2-FMH Unit:1. Gripthehandle(FS-HNDL)withbothhandstoestablish3

pointsofcontact.2. Placeonefootonthegrate(FS-GRATE)andstepdown

withheeltoactivatethespray.3. Repeattheprocesswithyourotherfoot.

For SS2-MBS Unit:1. Gripthehandle(MBS-HNDL)abovethemanualboot

scrubberwithbothhandstoestablish3pointsofcontact.2. Placeonefootinthebrushesandpushfootbackand

forthtoremovedebris.Repeattheprocesswithyourotherfoot.

3. Movetothefootwearsanitizerandgripthehandle(FS-HNDL)abovewithbothhandstoestablish3pointsofcontact.

4. Placeonefootonthegrate(FS-GRATE)andstepdownwithheeltoactivatethespray.

5. Repeattheprocesswithyourotherfoot.

Maintenance Instructions:Theunitshouldbecleanedregularlytoensurethatitisinacleancondition.Cleaningschedulewilldependonfrequencyofuseandtypesofsoils.Followdailymaintenanceinstructionstokeeptheunitclean;cleanmoreoftenifnecessary.Cleanpartsbyanymethodsuitableforthematerialtypeandsafeforthefacilityenvironment.Forexample:usefood-safecleanerandfood-safematerialinafoodprocessingfacility.

Alwayswearappropriatepersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE)whenoperatingorservicingunit.Beforeperforminganymaintenance,disconnecttheunitfromthecompressedairsupply.Aftermaintenanceiscomplete,reconnectcompressedair,verifysuctionlineandfittingsaresecure,andre-primetheunitaccordingtothePrimingInstructions.

Daily Maintenance for SS2, SS2-FMH, and SS2-MBS Units:• Inspectthestainlessfootgrate(FS-GRATE)andshroud

(SS2-SH)forsoilandwipeclean.• Wipecleanthepolycarbonatesprayguard(SS2-SPGRD).• Thebasin(SS2-H)shouldbeemptiedandcleanedeach

timethechemicalsupplycontainerischangedorrefilled.Followinstructionsonhowtocleancollectionbasin(SS2-H).

• Verifythatthenozzleassemblyisfreeofanydebrisorblockage.Rinsewithlowpressurewaterifnecessary.

• Inspectalltubingforleaksorexcessivewear.Makesureallhoseclampsandpushfittingsareingoodconditionandproperlysecured.

Daily Maintenance for SS2-MBS Unit Only:• Removebrushes(BR10andBR10S)byliftingthemout

fromthebrushbracket.Removedebrisandclean.Brushesshouldbereplacedevery6monthsdependingonwear.

• Slideoutdebristray(DBTR).Emptydebrisandwipeclean.

• Liftupondebrisshield(DBSH)toremove.• Baseassemblyoftheunitisfullystainlessandcanbe

cleanedinplacebyanymethodsuitableforstainlesssteel.

How To Clean Collection Basin (SS2-H):• Emptycollectionbasin(SS2-H)

a. Liftupontheshroud(SS2-SH),rotatethetophalfoftheunit,andslidetophalfofunitfromthebracket(FS-GUARD)toreleasefromthebase.

b. Standtophalfofunitonshortend.Settingunitdowninotherpositionmaycausedamagetonozzleassembly.

c. Grabhandleonfrontofcollectionbasinandtipuptoempty.

d. Slidetophalfofunitbackintoplaceoncollectionbasin.
