From here you will have access to all areas of the Virtual platform. Click on the signs in order to access the

area you would like to visit:

This button will always be available on the lower right area of your screen. From there you will have direct

access to the Platform areas, without having to return to the VIRTUAL LOBBY

Access from the VIRTUAL LOBBY:

All sessions will be available on the date and time according to the program. Do not worry if you miss any, they will be available 48 hours after broadcasting.

Access the sessions that are taking place by clicking the button that appears to the right of each session title:

Click on the title of the session and the speakers of this session will appear on the information panel:

Once inside the Auditorium, you can see the sessions, as well as submitting your questions through the chat

(available only for 27th & 28th September).

Sessions held on site on the 29th & 30 September will not have possibility of questions to the speakers

through the platform..

Access the MEETING HUB from the VIRTUAL LOBBY VIRTUAL to send a message to any participant connected online.

To start chatting with someone you will first need to ask for their permission. Click on the person you want to

talk to and click on CONNECT:

You can see pending connections to be accepted or the received invitations next to the participants list.

Once the request is accepted, you can interact in a chat, call or send messages.

Change the configuration of your privacy by accessing your profile from the lower right button.
