USING HELPSYSTEMS UNIVERSITY
Introduction:
HelpSystems University provides HelpSystems partners and customers with the ability to access a variety of training courses on the HelpSystems solutions.
If you are a HelpSystems partner, then the following courses are applicable to you based upon your role:
• Sales – Suitable for Sales and Pre-Sales roles - Help Systems Certified Sales Professional (HSCSP) • Pre-Sales – Suitable for Pre-Sales roles - HelpSystems Certified Pre-Sales Professional (HSCPSP) • Technical – Suitable for Pre-Sales, Professional Services and Support roles - HelpSystems Certified Support
Engineer (HSCSE)
If you are a HelpSystems customer, then the following courses are suitable for you:
• HelpSystems Certified Engineer (HSCE)
You can access the HelpSystems University here: https://university.helpsystems.com/
Creating an account:
If you have not yet created an account on the HelpSystems University, you will need to create an account. To do this:
1. Browse to: https://university.helpsystems.com/ 2. Click on the Log in link in the top right corner.

3. Click on the Create new account button.
4. Complete the registration form. Please note that: a. The password must have at least 8 characters, at least 1 digit(s), at least 1 lower case letter(s), at least 1
upper case letter(s), at least 1 non-alphanumeric character(s) such as as *, -, or #. b. You should select your Country.
5. Click on the Create my new account button. 6. An email containing instructions on how to complete your registration will be sent to your address. If you have

Logging into the HelpSystems University:
Once you have created an account, you can log into the HelpSystems University to access the relevant courseware and exams.
1. Browse to: https://university.helpsystems.com/ 2. Click on the Log in link in the top right corner.
3. Enter your username. 4. Enter your password. 5. Click on the Log in button.

6. You will now be taken to your Dashboard.
7. You can use the following sections to access various pieces of functionality: a. Dashboard – the default page you will be taken to when you first log in b. Site home – access the list of available courses c. Calendar – view the schedule of instructor led courses d. Course Overview – access courses that you have registered on e. Upcoming Events – view details about special events being run by HelpSystems f. Username – change your account settings

Accessing the HelpSystems Partner Sales (HSCSP) and Pre-Sales (HSCPSP) Courses:
To enroll onto one of the HelpSystems Partner Sales (HSCSP) and Pre-Sales (HSCPSP) courses, you will need to email: [email protected]
To do this:
1. On the Dashboard, click on Site home in the left-hand menu.
2. Locate the name of the course that you are interested in.

3. Please email [email protected] with the name of the course that you would like access to. 4. Once you are enrolled on the course, you will receive an email confirming this. 5. To access the course, click on the course name in the Course overview section of your Dashboard.
6. You can now access the courseware and associated exam by clicking on the appropriate links.
7. To access your course certificate, you must score at least 75% in the exam.

8. You can return to the course at any time from the Courses tab on your Dashboard.
Accessing the HelpSystems Partner Support (HSCSE) Courses:
To enroll onto one of the HelpSystems Partner Support (HSCSE) courses, you will need to email: [email protected]
To view the course schedule:
1. On the Dashboard, click on Calendar in the left-hand menu.

2. Use the course schedule to find the date(s) of the course that you are interested in and then click on the course title to view the course description.

If you wish to access one of your course certificates at a later date:
1. On your Dashboard, click on the course name in the Course overview section.

2. Click on the certificate link (e.g. CCSP Selling Clearswift Solutions Certificate).
3. Click on the View Certificate button.
