3) USB Flash Drive

4) Cord to connect the Base to a

computer USB port.

Setting up i>clicker1) Locate the drive i>clicker is connected

to on your computer.

- My Computer on a Windows machine

- Finder/Icon on desktop on Mac Machine

2) Open i>clicker folder for your operating system.

- iclickerWin (Windows)

- iclickerMac (Mac)

3) You are now ready to prepare i>clicker to be used in your courses.

Using i>clicker in Class

1) Set your laptop or desktop computer to project on a large screen viewable by students

2) Open i>clicker (click on i>clicker icon)

3) Start i>clicker and select course (Small box will appear on top of computer screen)

4) Open powerpoint/document with polling questions (full screen on desktop)

5) Use instructor remote to (hands free) start/stop polling, navigate powerpoint slides/display response grid with student responses. You may also control i>clicker by using the mouse on your desktop or laptop.

Tracking Individual Student Responses

1) You may import your class rosters from a Microsoft Excel file, or from various Course Management Systems, such as Blackboard.

2) With class rosters imported, students can register their i>clicker in your class with their name attached to their remote i.d.

3) Students can also register their personal i>clicker through the i>clicker website.

4) Set point values in i>clicker and track responses and scores in i>grader.
