Jason Biermeier has been in the construction and development business for 12 years in both the capacity of project management/operations and business development. He has been on both sides of the equation as a developer and as a contractor. Jason has successfully put the right people with the right jobs and managed the multiple disciplines and relationships that exist in a construction project. Jason’s understanding of the construction process combined with his 100% dedication to his have made him successful in this industry.

Dee Dee Stone—Finance & Strategic OperationsDee Dee Stone graduated magna cum laude with her Master's degree in Accounting from West Texas A & M University in 2001 and has nine years experience in both public and private accounting. Her previous employment as an IRS auditor in the small business /self employed division as well as her experience assisting other established medium sized businesses to grow and achieve their goals through proper accounting, mergers and acquisitions, financial management, and tax planning make her a vital part of the USP&E team.

Brian Davis—SMARTpower: Intelligent LogisticsBrian is the chief architectural designer and manager of USP&E Global’s proprietary and industry first remote mine online power station control and information software called “SMARTpower: Intelligent Logistics. SMARTpower monitors in real time a vast array of critical metrics such as engine fuel efficiency, spare parts inventory, urgent spares required, emergency call out codes, rotation rosters, national and expat training and certification schedules, safety training meeting agendas and ongoing running costs per kW over time.

Nathaniel Winn—Logistics & Parts Management Trained on Cat, Cummins, Wartsila, Man, Rolls Royce and Hyundai parts management, Nathaniel Winn has operational experience across a variety of industries including non-profit, engineering and construction firms. Managing an experienced and dedicated team of inventory, parts and logistics personnel, Nathaniel’s acute technical expertise and proactive customer service philosophy make him uniquely suited to support USP&E’s repeat and new clients.

Andre is a hands-on technician and experienced management-level professional with confident and sound decision-making, direct and honest communication, and creative problem solving strengths. A qualified millwright and power station electrician with over 32 years experience in HFO and distillate remote prime power installation and maintenance best practices, Andre has worked in many of theindustries most severe environments with tremendous success. Andre is trained on Cat, Cummins, Hyundai, Wartsila and other brands.

Eddie Clough – Elcectro-Mechanical Installation Technician (New Zealand Citizenship)Eddie has nearly 10 years of experience working in the field of power station and high voltage switchgear installation, commissioning and service and maintenance. Eddie is driven to make a difference and is trained on Cat, Cummins and Hyundai power stations.

Les Grafton– National Accounts ManagerLes Grafton has over 20 years experience in product management, global development, and quality control. He serves as USP&E’s global accounts manager.

Hans Boss– Electro-Mechanical Installation Technician (German / SA Citizenship)With over 40 years of experience in power station installation, service and maintenance, Hans has worked literally all over the world. Very few men can keep up with Hans as he is a tremendously hard worker and enjoys pushing his teams to give every project their very best. Hans is trained on HFO and Distillate Cat, Cummins, Wartsila, Rolls Royce and Hyundai power stations.

Richard Eder– Construction & Service Project ManagerRichard Eder has been a project manager in the mission critical construction and operations industry for more than 20 years and serves many key clients as project manager for USP&E.

Jim Wessner– Construction Manager, Data Center Build, LLC, USP&E CompaniesJim has over 40 years experience in the construction and mission critical power infrastructure markets. Jim serves as project manager
